Products delivery
Products are delivered anywhere in Europe by courier, only on business days. The delivery time is displayed at checkout depending on the chosen delivery method. Delivery is made after payment has been completed and the order confirmed. In the case of cash-on-delivery payments, the delivery time starts from the moment the order confirmation is received. For products that are not in stock but can be ordered from the supplier’s stock, the delivery time—since these items are ordered directly from the supplier—is 14–21 business days from the phone confirmation of the order.
If the customer cannot be contacted by phone within 48 hours of placing the order to confirm it and verify the provided information, the order will be automatically canceled.
COUTURE FOR GENTLEMEN SRL does not cover, under any circumstances, the cost of any additional services. If COUTURE FOR GENTLEMEN SRL offers free shipping, this will be specified at checkout depending on the delivery method. In such cases, returns or exchanges are also free of charge.

The Customer/User is required to correctly fill in the delivery information and provide only one delivery address.
COUTURE FOR GENTLEMEN SRL is not responsible for loss or delays in delivery if these are caused by circumstances beyond its control.
COUTURE FOR GENTLEMEN SRL assumes no responsibility if the Customer/User is not present at the specified address or cannot be contacted by the courier.
COUTURE FOR GENTLEMEN SRL reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud or if the Customer/User has a history of refused orders.
The Customer/User has the right to be informed about the delivery cost of the products, and this delivery cost is borne entirely by the Customer/User.
If the product cannot be delivered/replaced, or if the Customer does not wish to replace the product, COUTURE FOR GENTLEMEN SRL is obliged to inform the Customer and refund the amount paid (the amount collected from the Customer/User) within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product.
