Return procedure - all information about a return

We have created this section to be more transparent with you and to provide all the necessary information regarding product returns. In addition to the return policy displayed on our website www.coutureforgentlemen.com, this information will help you during the return process.

You can return the products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the package, without giving any reason, in accordance with European legislation.

Please make sure that the product is properly packaged, the tags are intact, and the tag seal is not broken. If these conditions are not met, unfortunately we will not be able to exchange or refund your purchase.

To return a product, you must ship the package to our Packeta partner’s address, which you can find here together with our identification code 90410326 - COUTURE FOR GENTLEMEN. The code must be written on your shipping label.
